Cause
Find out what is really driving it. One person may be facing a health crisis and need flexibility. Another may need to see a real path to the role they want.
Course
Decide the next move. Some people in Red can get back to Yellow or Green, and some cannot, so the honest question becomes whether they stay or go. Yellows can turn Green for a season or a reason. And Greens need attention too, because your best people can burn out or check out without warning.
